My name is Carrie and I am a queer, non-binary, creative writer, and therapist.
I provide spiritual counsel, intuitive guidance, and astrology services.
I have 14 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual and group settings. My work experience includes individual and group therapy, community harm reduction, advisement, education, and advocacy.
I have served folks in a variety of settings, including college and university, correctional institutions, intensive outpatient programs, and private group practice. I have been a licensed Restorative Practices trainer since 2012 and have received two masters degrees in College Counseling and Expressive Art Therapy and am a current student of Ancient Hellenistic Astrology with the NightLight Astrology program with Adam Elenbaas.
My work is informed through relationship, complex trauma, spirituality, astrology, and personal narrative. My primary focus in working with clients is to deepen emotional awareness, identify emotional and behavioral patterns, explore healing through and with spirituality, identify and dismantle shame blockages, and restore trust with your intuition.
As an intuitive guide, I believe trust is integral for the work that we do together. I believe that trust is created through relationship and takes time to develop. I strive to create a space where my clients can take emotional risks and feel a sense of comfort with me holding their experience. My work is to show up with those that I serve with self-awareness, curiosity, and radical compassion.
I am motivated by supporting others in repairing the relationship to their intuition and restoring inner peace.
