I provide individual therapy, life coaching, and natal birth chart consultations.

I have 15 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual and group settings. My work experience includes individual and group therapy, community harm reduction, advisement, education, and advocacy.  

I have served folks in a variety of settings, including college and university, correctional institutions, intensive outpatient programs, and private group practice.

I am passionate about guiding others in understanding complex trauma and the ways our experiences and intersecting identities have informed and shaped our lives.

My primary focus in working with clients is to deepen emotional awareness, identify emotional and behavioral patterns, dismantle shame blockages, and repair intrapersonal trust.

I strive to create a space where my clients can take emotional risks and feel a sense of ease with me holding their experience.

I am dedicated to deepening my own self-awareness and prioritizing curiosity and compassion. 

I am motivated by supporting my clients in creating a liberated inner life that evokes joy, wisdom, and unconditional love.
